Frequently asked questions

Is the star map accurate?

Yes. The sky is calculated for your exact location, date and local time from a catalogue of real stars and the classic constellation lines.

What sizes and formats can I order?

Posters, framed posters and canvas prints from 8×10″ to 24×36″. The studio shows the price of every size and checks that your design will print sharply.

How long does delivery take?

Every print is made to order. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, and delivery within the United States 3 to 8 business days after dispatch. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
